105mm leFH 18
The 105mm leFH 18 is Germany's primary towed artillery piece. leFH stands for Leichter Feld Haubitze (Light Field Howitzer).
The leFH is an older but still effective 105mm artillery design. It is slightly lower ranged than the US 105mm with comparable firepower; longer-ranged and more powerful than the British 25-pounder; and has roughly equal range but less power than the Soviet M-30. Like all towed guns it is built in its towed form, and must be transported and deployed near logistics sources for effective use.
